NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR ISSUANCE OF A TREASURER’S DEED

Pursuant to Colorado Revised State Law 39-11-128 II, the county treasurer must give notice to all persons having an interest in or title to real property sold for taxes before a deed of treasurer can be issued.

Therefore, be aware that on November 8, 2017 AD, the Treasurer of Lake County, State of Colorado sold at a public tax lien sale the following described real estate located in Lake County, State of Colorado , to- spirit:

• US Mineral #14321 an undivided 1/8 interest in the Gallileo & Whitaker mining claims 09-22-79, 19,889 Acres, N001076

• US Mineral #14321 an undivided 1/8 interest in the Walker & Dewey mining claims 09-22-79, 14,152 Acres, N001077

That said real estate was taxed or specially assessed in Mary Ann Marty’s name for 2016 property taxes. Said county treasurer issued tax lien certificates to Gary and Jeanette Slifka, Slifka Consulting Service.

On January 26, 2022, Gary Slifka made a request to the Treasurer of Lake County for the Treasurer’s Deeds of said real estate.

With this posting, the Lake County Treasurer notifies Mary Ann Marty, the current title of the record holder, that Gary and Jeanette Slifka, Slifka Consulting Service, are requesting Treasurer Deeds. This notice also notifies the following persons who hold interests in the same mineral claims: First Interstate Bank of Arizona Estate of Joseph M. Muheim, Barbara Muheim Kuzell, James M. and Joann Joslyn Marty and Damian Ava Ellis.

A Treasurer’s Deed will be issued for said property at Gary and Jeanette Slifka, Slifka Consulting Service at 4:30 p.m. on June 23, 2022, unless redeemed by Mary Ann Marty or her recognized agent. Said tax lien certificates may be withdrawn from the Treasurer’s Deed process at any time prior to the actual execution of the Treasurer’s Deed.
